121 days have passed since the club started.  Can you believe it?

My savings and investing piles are now filled with mostly $20 bills.  They were just getting too big with all that money piling up.  Today, I’d like to tell you some more give-away stories.  Since it’s almost Christmas, I feel they are the best.

I now carry $20 around just to give away.  You never know when a good chance will come up to give away money so you should keep it on you.  My giveaway pile is at $83.00 so I’m not giving away as much as I’d like.  But I’ll work on that.

Last week I was driving down 8-mile road here in Detroit.  It’s a poverty stricken area with an endless supply of homeless people.  They stand on the street corners asking for money.  As I was driving by, I rolled down my window and gave a lady $5.  She stands on the same corner everyday.  It felt wonderful to do this.

While getting some Christmas presents wrapped, I asked the workers if anyone tipped them.  They looked at me confused. “Not really”, they said.  I replied, “You girls have probably been working hard all day, here’s $10 to buy a few coffee’s with.”  Needless to say, my Christmas gifts got a few extra bows and were probably wrapped with more care than anyone else.

I tipped a kid at Star Bucks $5 for making my coffee.  He couldn’t believe it and almost wouldn’t take the money!

I bought a coffee for a friend who wasn’t expecting it.  He really didn’t know what to do.
