Personal Growth Blog Carnival #39

Welcome to this week’s edition of the Personal Growth blog Carnival.  So what’s new this week?

Let me ask you.  Are you making money or excuses? Shamelle has a great article about just that: Make Money, Not Excuses! I don’t know about you, but I’ve been working well past mid-night this week.  I’m not making any excuses.  Hopefully you won’t either.

junkMail.jpgDave had a interesting idea.  You ever throw away junk mail?  Why not read it and learn about writing sales letters?  But wait.  You’re sitting there saying, “Bryan, I don’t write sales letters”.  Yes you do.  Every email you send to someone is really selling them on something.  Maybe it’s an idea you’re trying to sell them on.  Maybe it’s to come over for a barbeque.  We’re all writers in this day and age of the internet.  I’m going to follow Dave’s advice tonight by reading about Bank of America’s $40,000 check that I just have to cash! (Yeah right).  Seriously, I’ll bet they’ve got some good writing in there.  You can read his article here: Writing Sales Letters For Results

The last Article that really caught my interest is from Craig Harper.  He talks about Energy Vampires.  I’ve known some people like this.  You’ll learn a lot by reading his article.  You’ll do much better to rid your life from these people. I prune people all the time from my life.  Just like you need to prune a plant to get good groth.  Here’s Craigs Article: Dealing with Energy Vampires

As I was preparing the carnival today the 3 articles above caught my eye.  I only deleted 2 because they looked like spam. But the rest all look really good.  If anyone can post their comments on the articles below I’m sure the authors and other readers would really appreciate it:
