Personal Growth Carnival #43

Filed under: Uncategorized, Personal Growth Carnival — bryan_fleming @ 7:55 pm

speaking.jpgWell we’re back again with a new edition of the Personal Growth Carnival.  As I’ve been doing every week, I pick 3 articles that catch my eye and put them to the top for you to read.  Want to submit your article?  It’s free and you can do so here.

Now, before you read any further I want you to do something:  Write down how much money want to make this year.  Then read Wanda Grindstaff’s article Financial Mindset - How much money are You Really Worth? Maybe you’ll kick yourself like I did.  Sometimes I think we all cut ourselves short.  Great Article Wanda.

Have you ever been fired from a job?  Ever start a business and not see it work out?  Becky has. She shares her experiences in What I learned from failure.  Sometimes it’s reassuring to remember that we learn more from our failures than we do from our successes.

But is it good enough to just think positively? Kara-leah says no!  She talks about it by using her screen play as an example in Why The Secret doesn’t work.  Yes, positive thinking is not enough.  We need emotion people!

Now, the three articles above caught my eye and I liked them so they got some special attention.  That doesn’t mean any of the articles below are bad.  If one catches your eye, write about it in the comments below.  I’m sure the rest of us would love to hear about.

Until next week, keep on growing!
