Personal Growth Carnival #44

clown1.jpgWelcome back to another edition of the Personal Growth Carnival.  This week I’ve picked 3 articles that you should be sure to read:

Feel like you’re getting old?  We all do, but you don’t have to look it! Roger Haeske presents Be 40 But Look and Feel Like You?re 20 .  In a nutshell: Eat Fruit and Veggies.  Don’t forget to exercise. It’s a good read.

Now let’s talk success.  Would you rather succeed 1000 times and fail once.  Or would be willing to fail 1000 times and succeed once.  Guess how life works? Nik Agarwal talks about this very point in  Success Begins With You | The Air

How much extra time do you have in a day?  Did you say none?  If so read Bob Crawford’s article Are you making time for your dreams?  Wake up a little earlier and spend time planning your life.  This is another good one.

Now, there were many more submissions.  Every week I pick 3 that catch my eye and put them to the top of the carnival.  That doesn’t mean the ones below are bad.  It’s just that they didn’t jump out at me.  Give them a read and if you like them post a comment below.  This way everyone else will be sure to check them out too.

Enjoy the rest of the carnival.

wilson ng presents The Solution to the Problem posted at Reflections of a BizDrivenLife, saying, “We have had many meetings on which we keep revisiting old issues for which past meetings and our process rulebook has already defined a solution. Instead of constantly redebating old issues, a better way would be to have better documentation and minutes which saves a lot of time. Moreover, constantly revisiting old issues leads to confusion and murky resolutions especially as most likely, the plans of actions might actually be contrasting and different.”

Christopher J. Brunner presents Facing Change as an Entrepreneur posted at GreatFX Business Cards, saying, “Some tips for dealing the every day changes that are part of being an entrepreneur.”

Nneka presents Simplify Your Life posted at Balanced Life Center.

Trish Rubin presents Going FACE to FACE with ONLINE SOCIAL Networking: Where’s the Real Communication Currency? posted at Trish Rubin’s New York Minute.

Becky McCray presents How to use a checklist to focus your entrepreneurial efforts posted at Small Biz Survival, saying, “Two ideas from the last carnival come together to create a new way of thinking about building positive habits, especially for entrepreneurial projects.”

presents How to Achieve More than we Think. posted at Sri Chinmoy Quotes, saying, “How to achieve more than we think possible. Don’t get discouraged by the fear of failure of the criticism of others.” Conan Stevens presents How To Become An Overnight Success posted at Conan Stevens Online.
